Pathway Academy is an 8-week no-cost career training program designed for youth (ages 18–24) in Los Angeles who are not working or in school. Get paid hands-on training, certifications, and job connections in green careers — including solar, EV charging, and cable installation. Learn skills, earn experience, and jumpstart your future!
