The Los Angeles County Coordinated
Entry System (CES) is the network that
aligns homeless services in the County
together to ensure that resources
are efficiently and equitably distributed
to support people experiencing
homelessness.

The Winter Shelter Program operates
annually from November 1-March 31,
providing protection and support for
individuals experiencing homelessness
during Los Angeles’ colder months.
Shelters are located across LA County
and operate 24 hours a day.
