Let’s get our youth ready to thrive this school year!
Join Impact LA for a day of community, celebration, and support their 6th Annual Back-to-School Backpack Giveaway — held in honor of Gianna “Gigi” Bryant (#2) as part of our two-part Kobe Day Celebration.
🎉 Hosted by Romeo from the KDAY Morning Show (93.5 FM) – with live music, surprise guests, and giveaways all day!
This FREE community event will provide 824+ youth with:
- 🎒 Backpacks filled with school supplies
- 🍽 Hot meals provided by Fresh Start Meals (Penne Pasta & Salad)
- 🎨 Fun activity stations – face painting, art, seed planting, games & more
- 🧠 Vital community resources – tutoring, financial aid, health services & more
Youth must be present to receive backpack. First come, first served.
