About the Speaker:
Alessandro, or "Ale" in the community, is a native of Manzanillo who lived undocumented in the United States for over 40 years. He has spent his life as an advocate and activist advancing racial and environmental justice by sharing his story as a queer immigrant.
Now living in Guadalajara, he continues to be an active storyteller, sharing his experience as a newly repatriated Jalisciense.
