This program offer two grant types: STRMU grants (Short Term Rent, Mortgage, and Utility grants), and PHP (Permanent Housing Placement grant). The object of the program is to assist persons living with HIV/AIDS who are not able to meet their monthly housing expenses, including utilities and rent, due to unexpected situations. Permanent Housing Placement (PHP) is designed to assist with moving cost to permanent housing, such as security deposits, and utiliy startup fees. All grants are subject to availability of funds and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
