HEALTH SCREENINGS
Free health screenings including blood pressure, glucose tests, stroke prevention, heart health, heart attack prevention
DENTAL EXAMS
We'll be providing free dental exams as well as some small procedures done onsite. There will also be referrals to local dental offices.
CHILDREN EYECARE
Children and teenagers will have free eye exams onsite and will receive free prescription glasses.
EDUCATION
Health care education is also an important element of the event. The fair will include workshops and presentations covering several topics including diet, nutrition, exercise, mental health, and many other health related topics.
HEALTH SERVICES INFORMATION
